Vendor Remote Access

For the purpose of this document, a vendor is defined as an employee of an independent company providing LLUMC either a purchased product or ongoing support.

• Vendor Remote Access Checklist: this document was created to assist project managers with ensuring that their vendors’ remote access is accounted for during projects. It includes links to other documents. Click the document title to access/download the document.
• Vendor Remote Access Guidelines: this document outlines the documents needed, the system configuration requirements, and the three (3) types of vendor remote access supported by LLUMC. Click the document title to access/download the document.

• Individual Remote Access Agreement: this document is required when the vendor remote access being established is for individual vendor employees (i.e.: individual logins). Click the document title to access/download the document. Individual logins are preferred.
• Corporate Remote Access Agreement: this document is required when the vendor remote access being established is for the vendor company as a whole (i.e.: a single, shared, company-wide login). Click the document title to access/download the document. 
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): All new contracts with vendors should already include NDA verbiage. However, this NDA may be used for initial services or product discovery purposes with potential vendors.  It may also be of use with contractors and consultants.
