• We are committed to the:
  Organization and maintenance of patient information
• Advance electronic health records by digitizing inbound paper records
• Quality of Diagnosis and procedure coding for inpatient and outpatient services
• Release of patient information as authorized by the patient or as mandated by state and federal guidelines
• Reporting of statistical information
• Maintain internal systems and support their utilization through ongoing  training
• Organization of reviews of patient information to help identify areas of improvement in patient care
