Program of All-Inclusive Care For the Elderly (PACE)

Loma Linda University Health Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is both an insurance plan and healthcare provider that includes whole-person support for seniors, giving them the tools and support resources needed to continue safely living in their own home. Our comprehensive suite of services includes medical care, in-home services, transportation, rehabilitation, and more.

Our dedicated geriatric providers and interdisciplinary team bring together unique expertise and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools at no or little cost for individuals eligible for Medi-Cal or Medi-cal/Medicare.

  • Be at least 55 years old
  • Meet nursing home eligibility criteria
  • Live in the Loma Linda University Health PACE service area (serving San Bernardino and Riverside counties)
