Employee, Contractor & Consultant Remote Access

For the purpose of this document contractors and consultants are defined as persons with whom LLUMC or an LLUMC department has undertaken a contract to provide labor to perform a specific service or job.

If you are an employee, contractor, or consultant needing remote access to LLUMC resources please have your manager submit a computer access request form to IS. On the form specify remote access. IS staff may contact you for more information as the request is processed.
