Our Purpose
As the LLUHC Nursing Administration Department, our purpose is to serve, represent, and enhance the values of LLUHC and its corporate partners through education, healthcare, and research by providing:
- Quality Clinical Education, Training, and Competencies
- New Hire Orientation and Training
- Medical Assistant Hiring Pool
- Clinical Peer Review
- FMC STAT Team
- Serve as a liaison between LLUHC and Medical Center when activities align
- Work in partnership with Quality Management to ensure clinical staff are working within their scope of practice while abiding by LLUHC Policies and Procedures
