MyChart Committee
MyChart Committee meets once a month to review ongoing project and updates. The MyChart Committee meets via Microsoft Teams and is composed of committee members from across the LLUH organization.
MyChart aims to:
- Serve as the patient portal tool, housing all the patient health information.
- Place access in the hands of the patient and family.
- Provide clarity to patient about upcoming visits, medication, lab results, communication with healthcare team, among many other features.
