Spiritual Life and Mission
Our Purpose
Our mission and culture at Loma Linda University Health affects employees, patients and visitors each day. We all have opportunities to live our values every day and bless the lives of those entrusted to us for care. Before we make important decisions that affect the lives of our employees and our patients we need to think TWICE (Teamwork, Wholeness, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence) – to remember the core values and let them inform the way we lead. After we have thought TWICE, we will be ready to SOAR (Select, Orient, Appraise, and Recognize) in our leadership roles.
