LLUCH RN Residency
Our Purpose
The LLUCH RN Residency is an innovative orientation program for the new graduate nurse who wants to develop and build a strong foundation in clinical practice that will set the stage for a long term nursing career.
Our paid, 12 month program is offered two times a year and is designed to provide an appropriately paced learning experience to prepare the new grad RN to work in the challenging setting of a children’s hospital.
This website was designed to provide our residents, preceptors, mentors, and debriefers easy access to valuable resources as they strive to be the best that they can be in their roles. It also serves as a vehicle to impart information and updates to the rest of our organization.
We look forward to your comments and suggestions as we strive to Innovate Excellence in every aspect of our Christ-centered ministry to our patients and to each other.
