Our Purpose

What we do for your clinic/department:

Hospital Check In areas are centralized adjacent to or within a building where hospital clinics are located.  Patient Check In will facilitate all compliance and regulatory information required to be given to patients, update patient and guarantor demographics and employment information.  Check In also collects data to be reported to the State of California to meet OSHPD and other regulatory reporting requirements such as race, ethnicity, primary language, and homeless status; the route of admission, source of that admission, and accident information related to the care they will be receiving.  If patients with commercial insurance have a co-insurance for their scheduled service, our team will collect that amount in full or collect a deposit and facilitate a payment plan for the patient.
