Our Services

The Payroll Department manages the payroll operations for LLUMC, LLUBMC, LLUSS, LLUHC, LLUMC-MUR, LLUHEC and LLU. 

Services include all aspects of payroll and time attendance related functions, including but limited to:

• Issuance of paychecks and direct deposits
• Time and attendance (time entry, pay transactions and rules, adjustments)
• Earnings and payments (hours worked, differential pay, bonuses, disability supplements, cash outs, advances, retroactive adjustments, benefit reimbursement, stop payments, final wages)
• Deductions (benefits, garnishments, advances, cafeteria charges, third party payments)
• Tax withholding
• Leave accruals (paid leave, sick leave, jury duty)
• Verifications of employment via The Work Number
• External and internal audits
• Reports (API, PeopleSoft)
• Annual Wage and Tax (W-2) statements
• Corporate tax filings
