Mission Statement
Strategic Services provides vision and leadership to our partners in support of more effective and efficient healthcare informatics practices. These practices include optimizing the acquisition and use of information systems across the enterprise, the streamlining of workflow processes, understanding and maximizing system functionalities, monitoring KPI’s and outcomes, and managing all aspects of the solution fulfillment lifecycle, such as new solution vetting, solution procurement, solution implementation and support services. We employ best-practice business knowledge and expertise in IT domains such as strategic planning, investment governance, business analysis, process improvement, quality assurance, project management, demand management, solution development and service management.
