Using the Password Self Service website is both easy and convenient.

Set up your profile by initially answering four simple challenge questions. It is as easy as logging in to the website, selecting and answering the questions.

If you ever should forget your password you can easily change it by using the “Forgotten Password” feature of the website. Simply enter your username and give the correct answer to two randomly selected profile questions, change your password to a new one, and you are ready to use the new password right away.

Below you will find more details about how the website works and specific features that are available. Using the website is easy and straight forward, simply use the information for reference.

How to select and set up the password responses when the profile is initially created.

For each of the four entries, click on the drop-down box above the answer field. There will be a number of different pre-defined questions to select from. Once a question is selected simply give your personal answer in the field below it. When all four questions have been selected and answered click on Save Responses in the bottom.

How to use the Forgotten Password feature.

After clicking the Forgotten Password link it will ask for your username. Once the username is entered it will ask for answers to two of the questions randomly selected out of the four questions that were initially set up. Give the answer in the boxes below the questions and click Check Responses in the bottom.

How to change my password.

When you are ready to change the password all it takes is to enter the new password in the field, confirm it below, and click Change Password. The requirements for a new password are pretty strict but luckily they are all listed in the top. The three most important requirements are the new password

1. Has to contain three out of four elements (capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, and symbols)
2. Has to be at least eight characters long
3. Cannot contain your name
