Clinical Forms Management
Our Purpose
The Health Information Management Department is charged with overseeing the development of clinical forms by consolidating the existing catalog, and editing and providing recommendations for all medical forms completed by Loma Linda University Health users.
The scope includes all forms that will become part of the medical record, either by electronic creation, scanning, or image upload, along with downtime documents.
