Our Purpose
The Office of Corporate Compliance is responsible for overseeing and monitoring Loma Linda University Health’s Corporate Compliance program. Our primary goal is to create a culture of compliance in accordance with the Corporate Compliance Plan and ensure systems are in place to prevent, detect and resolve instances of misconduct. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a law that was enacted by Congress in 1996. The information on this website has been developed by the Office of Corporate Compliance to provide you with: a comprehensive understanding of the HIPAA rules, educational elements to help guide you in your day-to-day business, and easy access to important forms and assessment tools.
