Our Purpose
The Pre-Anesthesia Testing Services (PATS) department evaluates patients scheduled for anesthesia within Loma Linda University Health. Just as your surgeon or provider evaluates your particular condition, the PATS staff evaluates your heart, lungs, airway and overall health status from the anesthesiologist’s perspective.
