Our Purpose
Staffing and Scheduling is a program designed to:
- simplify creation of schedules
- eliminate the paper scheduling practices by implementing an automated system
- increase employee ownership of their schedules
- achieve system integration between time and attendance and staff scheduling to reduce time spent on tracking information
The Staffing and Scheduling program enhances the way employee schedules are created and interfaces directly with our current Time and Attendance system.
Employees will have the ability to self schedule and trade shifts thus allowing for increased employee satisfaction and involvement in the creation of their work schedules.

Employee questions should be directed to their Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, Scheduler, or Supervisor.
If you have a system related issue or password problem, open a ticket with the Service Desk (x48889 or https://lluh.service-now.com/client_portal/)
Please note: The Service Desk does not provide support on how to use the Staffing and Scheduling system.
