One Portal Digital Workplace

The Web Center is responsible for working hand-in-hand with our customers to develop and maintain the department / area websites on the One Portal.  We are continually working to improve your One Portal website experience. Your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions are always welcome and appreciated.

One Portal Websites

To request a new website for your department / organizational initiative, a redesign of your current One Portal website, or development of a new blog, please complete our support form.

Once received, a Web Center member will be assigned to your project and will contact you to further discuss your needs.

Request Updates to a One Portal Department Website

  • Web Owners: If you need updates, minor changes, or modifications made to your existing department / organizational initiative website, please submit your request through our support form. The first available Web Center member will be happy to assist you.
    NOTE: only update requests received from the website owner will be performed. If you are not the website owner, please see below.
  • If you are not the website owner but have an update you would like made to a website, please send your update request information to the website owner for review and submission to the Web Center The website owner for each site can be found at the bottom of the homepage of the site you are interested in.

News Articles, Banner Promotions, Screensavers, Upcoming Events page, & One Portal Marketplace

Please submit your request for any of the following through our support form.

News Article -Please include as attachments your completed news item or announcement information and all additional material such as fliers or images. (The Web Center does not create content for news items.)

  • Banner Promotions - please see our One Portal Promotion Guidelines and Digital Workplace Communications Checklist for approved promotion types, requirements.
  • Screensavers - please see our Screensaver Guidelines and Digital Workplace Communications Checklist for information, requirements, and what to include in your request.
  • Upcoming Events -  please attach your completed event flyer / information sheet to the request. (The Web Center does not create event information flyers. If you require professionally developed materials, please contact Marketing.)
  • VIP Marketplace - please attach your completed sale / special pricing / discount promotion flyer to the request. Please ensure that you include an offer end date. (The Web Center does not create/ develop sales promotion materials. If you require professionally developed materials, please contact Marketing.)
