Welcome to the advancement team. I remember my first days at Loma Linda University Health — while the first 90 days as a new employee are exciting, they can also be daunting. Your team is here to support you!

This site will answer many of your questions and provide a convenient way to learn about and access the information needed to successfully navigate Loma Linda University Health.

We have the privilege of working at Loma Linda University Health at a momentous time in its history. Every day, team members in public affairs, philanthropy, and marketing are doing work that impacts lives globally.

There are opportunities for our team members to use their strengths and unique talents in incredible ways — from planning events to creating awareness of Loma Linda University Health programs and increasing market share; to working with the media and helping potential donors connect their passion to fulfill our mission, “to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ.”

I invite you to participate in interdepartmental taskforces that provide opportunities to enhance our services and strengthen our team. These include taskforces on publications, employee engagement, and policies and processes. In fact, an onboarding taskforce recommended the creation of this site, and it happened!
