We are pleased to announce an upgrade to the One Portal Blog system.

• The new One Portal Blog system will let blog editors publish posts. They can use images or videos in their posts, and include links to resource documents as well. Blogs will now be searchable from One Portal search making it easier for people to find their content. Detailed analytics on their blog’s performance are available. Blog editors can reach out to their blog’s followers using email campaigns. Mobile-optimization makes their blog look great on all devices. Blogs are available off-campus (via login).
• A viewer can comment on any post or reply to any comment. Blog editors will moderate all comments before they become available to the public.
• A viewer can now subscribe to a blog.  Every time a blog editor adds a new post they will receive an email.

Subscribe

1. Login to One Portal
   1. Visit One Portal
   2. Click login in the top right corner
   3. Enter your username (your email address)
   4. Enter your password (the same password you use for email)
   5. Click Login
2. Visit the blog home page Home > News & Announcements > Blogs on One Portal. Select which blog you'd like to subscribe to from the list.
3. Scroll down until you see the green button in the left navigation Subscribe to blog

4. Click the button
5. On the next screen, click Subscribe
6. You will then see this message on the next screen and you will now receive an email when a new post is added

Unsubscribe

1. ​Login to One Portal (see above)
2. After you login, you will see your account page with different options, click the Subscriptions tab

3. Click Content Types and you will see the blogs that you are subscribed to. You will see that you are subscribed to the blogs that have a checkmark next to them.
4. To unsubscribe, deselect the checkmark next to the blog name and click Save
