IS-HS Service Model
To support our IS-HS Strategy and Strategic Plan the IS-HS Service Model is comprised of three high level service components:
- Solution: Business Analysis. The solution component works with the business areas to evaluate and identify technology solutions that provide value and leverage existing IS-HS assets where possible.
- Implementation: Where thoughts become reality. The implementation component works with the approved initiatives and spearheads the implementation.
- Service Delivery: There to help. The service delivery component focuses on providing the services and support defined within our various SLAs.
