Strategic Program Management Office

The Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) is responsible for leading and supporting all automation strategic initiatives, programs, and projects throughout the enterprise that support the mission of LLUH.  Our office provides value to LLUH by establishing and leveraging strong governance processes, cultivating the adoption of best practice approaches, and clearly focusing on assessing responsibility and accountability for all programs and projects. Affective governance allows us to move faster, improve our modeling capabilities, be more competitive and excel at partnerships. Identifying the right work at the right time, the right way with the right people allows us to ensure we are doing the work that best aligns with our business strategies, priorities, and needs.

The Solution Services Team, located within the SPMO, assists in facilitating change initiatives within LLUH by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. This is achieved by utilizing Demand Management processes and best practices to analyze requests, identify needs and provide rationale for making a change; while working within the governance process for approval of a new application or solution.
