- What is the philosophy and mission of the Living Whole Program?
A: The Living Whole Employee Wellness Program was created to foster an environment of health and well being and promote the emulation of the Adventist health message among its employees.
- Do I have to be covered by Risk Management to join the Living Whole Program?
A: Not all Living Whole services require Risk Management coverage. Please give us a call at ext. 14007 to receive more information. - What services are offered through the Living Whole Employee Wellness Program?
A: See the Living Whole Programs section of this website for services. - Do I have to pay for Employee Wellness Services?
A: No. All services run out of the Living Whole Risk Management Office are free. However, services that may involve MD visits will be subject to copays. - Can I have someone come to my department and give lectures on health and wellbeing?
A: Yes. Please give us a call at ext. 14007 and we would be happy to schedule with you. - Who will be providing my Employee Wellness Services?
A: Services will be brought to you by a variety of individuals. These individuals will include the Wellness Program Administrator, Wellness Program Assistant, Wellness Program Specialist and Dietitians, and students from the School of Public Health, Medicine and Nursing. - Is the Living Whole Program being offered to all Loma Linda Corporate Entities?
A: The program has not been fully implemented to the entire campus, yet. However, there are a few wonderful services that have been made available campus wide. Please give us a call at ext. 14007 to find out what services are being offered in your area. - How can I receive hard copies of the Living Whole Newsletter delivered to my department?
A: Please give us a call at ext. 14007 and we would be happy to place you on our mailing list. - Where is the Living Whole Employee Wellness Program Office?
A: 101 East Redlands Blvd., San Bernardino, CA 92408. Our office is located in the LLUAHSC Support Services Building. - Can I get a healthy meal on campus?
A: A "Living Whole" wellness meal is currently being offered every day in the medical center cafeteria. We are currently working to make these choices available across campus and through catering services. - Do you provide personal training services?
A: No. Please refer to the Drayson Center for these services.
