  2. What do I do with a Notice of Intent to Commence Legal Action? Or a Summons & Complaint?
    A:
    Immediately send original documents, including envelope, to Risk Management Liability. You should also keep a copy for your reference.
     
  3. What do I do when a process server is trying to serve legal documents on me?
    A:
    Redirect all process servers to the Office of General Counsel, 24890 Tulip Street, Loma Linda, CA 92354, (909) 558-2644 (ext. 22644). The Office of General Counsel will accept service on your behalf and forward these documents to Risk Management for management of the claim.
