How do I obtain authorization to use radioactive materials?

Authorization to use radioactive materials and/or radiation-generating equipment must be obtained from the Loma Linda University/Medical Center Radiation Safety Committee. The Radiation Safety Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The appropriate application or amendment along with a statement of training and experience must be completed and submitted to the Office two weeks prior to the next committee meeting.
