How to Contact Corporate Compliance
Loma Linda University Health employees may contact the Office of Corporate Compliance directly at ext. 14200 or 909-651-4200, or utilizing one of the methods listed below, for questions, to report a concern, or to provide additional information or follow-up on the status or previously submitted report.
Anonymous reports can be made by contacting the Reporting Hotline according to the instructions listed below.
(Important note: Please do not submit the same report using multiple methods or multiple reports about the same matter, as duplicate submissions can cause delay in the review process.)
