- Who to contact for patient complaints?
A: Please call our Patient Relations Office at ext. 22802 or 909-558-2802 located in the FMO on the second floor - suite 2000, email LLUHCPatientRelations@llu.edu. - What to do if a Health Plan contacts your department for an audit or chart review?
A: Since we are a large Medical Group, explain that our Quality Management Department will assist them. Transfer the caller to ext. 66595 or they may call Quality Management at 909-558-6595. - How does a physician dismiss a patient; what are the proper steps?
A: This situation can place the physician at risk, and certain steps must be followed. It's very important to follow the instruction in Operating Policy QM-16. Please contact the Quality Management Department at ext. 66595 for assistance.
