Quality Management/QM is one of the LLUHC departments supporting the clinic practices of approximately 350 faculty physicians of the LLU School of Medicine. LLUHC encompasses 15 sites and 54 clinics (Loma Linda, Beaumont, Highland, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Riverside, and San Bernardino) with 45,000 patient visits per month.
The QM Director, Managers, QM Coordinators, and the Patient Relations Liaisons, along with our Medical Director, Dr. Todd Martell, are a resource to all LLUHC departments and clinics, including physicians, managers, staff, and patients. The department's purpose is to promote, monitor, improve, and report on quality and patient safety, with an attitude representative of our values and the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.

QM is in close communication and collaboration with LLUMC as we move forward into an integrated health system, which provides a focus on continuity of care for our patients, integration of values and mission across the organization, establishment of relationships and teamwork, with the end result of excellence - a seamless, safe experience for our patients in an environment promoting wholeness of mind, body and spirit.
