How do I get reports of my radiation exposure?

Dosimetry reports are received and reviewed by the Office of Radiation Safety.  Copies of these reports are forwarded to the series coordinator.  These reports will not list social security numbers or birth dates and should be available to all monitored employees.  Dosimetry reports that list fetal exposures will be sent directly to the pregnant worker.

ALARA memos will be sent directly to any employee who receives more than 100 mrem in one month on a body dosimeter or 1,000 mrem in one month on an extremity dosimeter.  These memos must be signed by the worker and returned to the Office as soon as possible.
