Annual Compliance Training Requirements
Employees will automatically be enrolled in compliance training courses and will receive an automated email once the courses become available in the beginning of April 2024. Please do not attempt to self-enroll in any of the Compliance or HIPAA courses, as they are automatically assigned based on your job role.

Privacy and Security Rules of Conduct
In addition to completing the annual compliance training requirements, all workforce members are required to acknowledge and sign the Privacy and Security Rules of Conduct Form on an annual basis which is included in the annual HIPAA training course.
Loma Linda University workforce members, for whom BLUE Book training satisfies the compliance training requirements, are required to fill out, print and sign the Rules of Conduct Form.
