Compliance Educational Topics

Statutes and regulations governing to the delivery of healthcare are complex and constantly evolving. The consequences of failure to comply with these statutes and regulations can be severe. Often conduct undertaken with the good intentions and inadequate knowledge violates applicable laws and regulations. To assist in avoiding unintentional violations and to provide the knowledge to carry out their responsibilities in compliance with all applicable requirements, all employees and physicians are required to complete compliance training on an annual basis.
