Included below are resources to aid you thru your QI project. These references include in detail information about various different types of charts or graphs (prado, run chart, fish bone) and also explain the language used in QI. 

For all those new to QI, the QI Essentials Toolkit is a great place to start and disseminate information to your group. 

The ABP QI improvement guide has tips of how to create a SMART-I (specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, timely and important) aim statement which will guide your QI project. 

Lastly, The IHI offers free online courses. You can create a free log in and have the world of QI at your fingertips. The list of courses are shown in the second photo.
