Our goal is to collaborate with leadership in the development of a culture of safety by identifying opportunities for performance improvement and facilitate quality and safety initiatives that will help increase regulatory compliance and decrease hospital acquired conditions and injuries. Please report any events or suggestions for improvement using Electronic Event Reporting (EER).
