Phase III – Cloud HCM

LLEAD HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud module will be implemented as part of LLEAD Phase III, targeted for a December 2023 go-live.

It is designed to give a comprehensive view of all employees, align common HR processes across any device and manager compliance through a single application. Key features include human resources, absence management, benefits, workforce predictions and workforce modeling.
