Guiding Principals
Vision:
The project vision is a LLUH vision: All decisions will support / promote One LLUH objectives
Decision Process:
Decisions will adhere to the LLEAD Governance and Decision-Making Framework
Business Practices:
Leading or best practice business processes will be implemented. Minimize legacy one offs that challenge our ability to transform. Best practice business processes will be standardized, simple, reliable, and repeatable
Change Management:
The project will have an impact on all employees. Change Management resources will develop effective communication strategies and messages to promote and support these changes
Technology:
The LLEAD solution will replace the current PeopleSoft system. The new Cloud solution should be used ‘out of the box’ to the extent possible
Participation:
Project leads have been identified as dedicated to the project. This is one of the MOST important strategic projects at LLUH and must be prioritized accordingly
Team Environment:
Challenge or question ideas – not people. All thoughts and constructive comments are welcome. Use questions to lead & influence
Project Objectives
- Enhance User Experiences and Improve User Satisfaction
- Optimize Long Term Services Cost
- Implement a Flexible Solution with Robust Functionalities
- Stay Current with New Features and Functionalities with Consistent Updates to the Application
