Grow Together
Purpose
Grow Together is an employee giving program lead by a passionate group of employee volunteers and Philanthropy staff. This is an opportunity for everyone within Loma Linda University Health to give back to the institution. While the sacrifices you make for LLUH are beyond measure, making a voluntary philanthropic contribution is another way to strengthen our hospitals, our schools and the countless people we serve.
Here at Loma Linda, we rely on the generosity of our community so that we may continue to provide an outstanding experience to our patients and students.
Why Give?
Philanthropy is an integral source of revenue for Loma Linda University Health. The results of your generosity are limitless. Since many employees have already been giving for years, a new employee campaign makes it even easier to participate.

The Employees Giving Campaign is an outreach effort by a group of employee volunteers, combined with the Fund Development staff, to encourage everyone on the Hartford Hospital team to make a charitable contribution in support of the programs and services provided by the Hospital. When employees gives, it sends an important endorsement to the greater community, that those who know the Hospital so well, have a pride and honor in what is accomplished here everyday.

Payroll Deductions
- The amount of your choice will automatically be deducted from your paycheck (for months with three pay periods, only two paychecks will be deducted)
- Makes tax preparation simpler - your charitable giving is reflected on your W-2 form at the end of the calendar year
- Support wherever you want, whenever you want - you can change the area you wish to support any time during the year (please allow 2-3 weeks for the change)
