Provider Profile Update Instructions
How to Update Provider Profiles
The provider profiles on our websites are composed of a few data sources. The guide below provides help tips and links to help you keep provider profiles current and accurate.
PSM Form
The PSM form contains most of the information for the provider profiles. You typically want to begin with this form to make most of your changes.
Visit the PSM forms to update the following:
- Add additional degree(s)
- Select specialty/sub-specialty
- Select location(s) and phone numbers
- Select Language
- Indicate if accepting new patients
- Update population treated (adult, children)
- Education and residency information is automatically updated from Medical Staff Administration.
Please note: Only Group Administrators can approve changes to PSM forms.
Email providerregistry@llu.edu for assistance with the PSM form and questions regarding:
- Education information
- New locations
- Edits to existing locations
Provider exceptions: BMC and Dental providers are not generated from the Provider Registry. For questions on these providers contact LeighAnn Evans for dental providers and Lorina Guzman for BMC providers.
Web Support Form
Digital Experience (Web Center) can assist you with the following fields. Some may require collaboration with other teams, but we’ll get you in contact with the resources you need. Submit a ticket using our External Sites Web Support Form that can also be found in the footer of One Portal.
- Photo
- Video
- Conditions and Treatments
- Procedures Performed
- In the News
- Awards and Recognition
These are the only two awards approved to be rendered on profiles:
Provider Star Ratings
Please visit the Provider Star Ratings Transparency Initiative page or the FAQ for information on this initiative.
Photos
Only professional photos taken by our approved photographers are permitted to be published on provider profiles. If you need your photo taken, contact Christine Gonzales at cmgonzales@llu.edu or ext. 15369. Only professional attire allowed. No scrubs or white coats.
Videos
Videos must be the property of Loma Linda University Health and produced and/or approved by our Advancement Films team. Video captions are pulled directly from YouTube.
