Required Leadership Training

• Managing Bias Training Requirement
  • As we continue our journey toward understanding and education around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the Loma Linda University Health Diversity Council is pleased to present the e-learning module — Managing Bias.
  • Beginning Dec. 17, all leadership, defined as managers and above, will be auto-enrolled for the required module, Managing Bias, in the OWL portal. 
  • Leadership must complete this module by June 30, 2021.
  • If you have already taken this module this year, you will not need to retake it.
  • This self-paced module takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
  • We encourage you to utilize discussion points from this course with employees during your staff meetings.

  • A part of the "NeighborGood" initiative, the Micah 6:8 series was developed to create space for meaningful conversations and training around diversity, equity, and inclusion to facilitate culturally appropriate health care education and practice at Loma Linda University Health.
