Emergency Operations Plans:
Department Emergency Plan
The Department Emergency Plan Template is provided for all LLUH departments and units to establish their area specific emergency plan. This plan provides information on how to respond to disaster and emergency conditions, the roles and responsibilities of each department, and LLUH communication resources and contacts. The template will be updated annually in order to maintain accurate and current information; departments should access and update their area specific information each year to maintain their emergency plan.

LLUH Emergency Operations Plan
The LLUH Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) establishes administrative authority and guidance for leadership during declared emergencies and disasters. This plan is primarily used by the LLUH Command Center staff and does not provide area specific instructions or protocols (see Department Emergency Plan for area specific instructions). The LLUH EOP is designed to address the needs of LLUH entities through designated disaster representatives from each entity and integration with Department Disaster Plans.
