ECS is proud to offer electronic form (e-form) solutions using LiquidOffice, a software suite incorporating process automation and digital workflow. If your department has current paper forms that you would like to digitize, or if you have a new e-form you would like us to create, please log in to the LLUH Service Portal, submit the appropriate request, and we will be happy to serve you.
