- What is DocuSign CLM?
A: DocuSign CLM is a document management system (DMS) used to retain and track content while enabling accessibility to authorized individuals from any device or access point, including mobile devices. DocuSign CLM provides our organization the ability to easily manage all electronic and paper documents, including email, voice, video, and scanned images within a single infrastructure. Content is stored in a central library that is easy to navigate, and effective and efficient in ensuring that all content remains accessible with the ability to share and reuse it. Users or file owners determine access and security to “workspaces” like folders on a file share, encouraging collaboration across distributed teams. - What is Kofax?
A: Kofax is a leading provider of capture enabled business process management solutions. Loma Linda University Health uses various Kofax software applications to automate capture driven processes at the perimeter of the organization, or wherever documents are received. By capturing all types of paper and electronic documents and delivering the information into our core business applications, we can accelerate business processes and workflows for capture, indexing and validation of your important information. - What is LiquidOffice?
A: LiquidOffice is a software solution for creating and managing electronic forms (e-forms). LiquidOffice capabilities range from internal "web forms" to more comprehensive rules-based forms. Intelligence is automatically built directly into the forms to improve data accuracy and determine the correct business workflow, delivering the most efficient processes possible. In addition, LiquidOffice ensures compliance by transparently creating an audit log of all activities and provides the security of digital signature support. - What is PolicyTech?
A: PolicyTech is a software tool designed to help us better manage our institutional documents. PolicyTech replaces several intranet sites as the new permanent home of institutional documents for all LLUH entities. In addition to simplifying creation, collaboration, and distribution of these important documents, PolicyTech’s advanced search capabilities makes institutional documents much easier to find and manage. - I’m interested in these solutions for my department.
