External Advertising
The following information should be included on all brochures developed for continuing education programs and classes advertised outside the Medical Center:

Program title, brief program description and program objectives
- Program schedule
- Date(s) and time(s)
- Location of the program, including map and/or directions
- BRN or other provider name(s) and number(s) and number of approved C.E. hours
*See Advertising by Providership for specific wording. - Special attendance requirements for C.E. credit (if any)
- Any pre-requisites to program registration
- Program fee for LLUMC, AHS, and outside participants
- Deadline date for registration (if any)
- Program size limits (if any)
- Cancellation and refund information (see policy (300) K-1, Tuition/Fee refund)
- Telephone number for additional information
- Program coordinator(s) and/or department(s)
- Application form for registration (including name of program on the form)
- Statement reflecting check of money order to be made payable to LLUMC
- Parking information
- Name(s), title(s) and description of faculty and/or key note speaker(s) (Optional)
- Brochure must be congruent with LLUMC graphics standards, including LLUMC logo
