Welcome to the Loma Linda University Health employee values recognition program. Inspire provides tools for all LLUH employees to give and receive recognition for outstanding actions that inspire service excellence and demonstrate living our core values. Recognition is available at your fingertips by accessing the program website on any mobile device and can be given and received in real-time.
There are a variety of ways Loma Linda University Health employees can be recognized – with and without points. Points earned will be banked in your individual account and are available for you to select the reward of your choice at any time. Redeem your points right away or bank them for larger redemptions – you choose the gift that best suits you. Check out the Program Rules page for additional details.
