Recognition: Printable e-Certificate (delivered via Loma Linda University Health email). Virtual badge representing the value light us. Tracked for each values badge received allowing for multiple instances of recognition for each value. Recognition posted on the “Recognition Wall”.

Action: Recognition is initiated on the inspire – Values Recognition Program site

iAppreciateU Recognition (paper form - Patients and Visitors)

Eligible: All employees

Given By: Patient, customer or other guest

Reason: A one-time or repeated demonstration of any Loma Linda University Health core value

Frequency: No limit to give or receive

When: Anytime

Recognition: Printed card available in Loma Linda University Health departments. Patient, customer or other guest fills out the card and gives it to the employee or any supervisor.                                        

Action: Recognition is given to the employee by their supervisor. A copy of the card should be filed in the departmental file for future reference. The employee may be given the original card.
