Moonlighting Opportunity—EHR 2022 Spring Update

The EHR Update project team is seeking approximately 3 LLUH residents to assist with entering orders on Sunday, April 24, 2022, starting at approximately 1:00 - 2:00 AM, as part of the recovery following an estimated 4 hours of downtime. 

The residents will work in coordination with an Operations team lead to complete medication order entry in LLEAP and then go through the East Campus, Medical Center, and Children’s Hospital inpatient units to enter downtime orders and other pertinent information. 

We are estimating this will take 2 – 4 hours and will pay each resident $100 an hour for their time; with a minimum payment for 2 hours.  (All payments will be made through the regular compensation process and is subject to regular taxes.)

Remember, permission to moonlight must first be obtained by your program and must not cause you to violate the duty hour restrictions.  To get permission to moonlight, log into MedHub. From the home page, click on the link under “Moonlighting Request Forms”. Complete & submit New Moonlighting Request.  MedHub will automatically route to your program director and the GME Office for approval.
