What is EPIC?

We are implementing Epic Systems Corp model system with appropriate configuration changes to meet the needs of Loma Linda University Health System. Epic’s model system contains common workflows and clinical content which Epic has assembled from other health care entities who have successfully implemented the Epic software. The model system gives us a rubric to work from as we configure it to meet the specific needs of each LLUHS department.

What is LLEAP?

LLEAP (Loma Linda Electronic Access Portal) is the name that Loma Linda University Health System has chosen for our Epic System. We believe it will be an essential tool for patient-centered care and seamless patient access, and will reduce system fragmentation, improve quality and patient safety and provide cost effective care.
