Valet

Our Process

• Valet services are reserved for our patients and their families. Employees are asked to refrain from using valet services so that we may keep as many spaces open as possible for those who truly need them – our patients and families!
• Cars are accepted for valet parking as long as spaces are available.
• Cars must be pulled up to the white curb while awaiting an attendant – double parking is prohibited by city fire laws.
• Fees for Valet services are $5.00 per car, credit card only. Guests with a valid handicap placard are parked free of charge. 
• Departments requesting valet services for their visitors must email the visitors name, time of arrival, and cost center number to be charged to valetservices@llu.edu at least 24 hours in advance. Please consider the needs of our patients and their families when making these requests.
• Valet staff reserves the right to refuse to park any vehicle if they feel it is unsafe, ill-maintained or unsanitary.
• Cars may not be left unattended in the patient drop-off circle. Unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• After hours, guests may retrieve their keys from the Medical Center Information Desk staff.
