To request a service, please visit and fill out the online service request form.

Routine Maintenance:

• A/C units Maintenance
• Temperature control
• Thermostat Maintenance
• Filters changing
• Leaks in condensate lines

Special Requests (Requires a Requisition):

• Department owned equipment maintenance
• Ice machine maintenance
• Freezer Maintenance
• Redirection of air flow

Note: If there is a job you need done and it is not on the above list, feel free to give us a call to see if we can arrange to do it. Our ext. is 44558.

Estimates/ Workflow: 
After you fill out the online service request form, we will have a technician contact you with an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we can then start the work.
