General Maintenance

To request a service, please visit and fill out the online service request form.

Routine Maintenance:

• Wasp removal
• Door closers
• Water damage to walls and cabinets
• Replacement of ceiling tiles
• Roof leaks
• Gate arms for parking lots
• Broken/Damaged windows
• Setting of mouse traps
• Repair walkways throughout campus

Special Requests (Requires a Requisition):

• Customizing departmental space
• Moving/Disposing of furniture or equipment
• Set-up for events
• Hanging of street banners (Please contact marketing for approval)
• Fixing of broken office furniture

Note: If there is a job you need done and it is not on the above list, feel free to give us a call to see if we can arrange to do it. Our ext. is 44558.

Estimates/ Workflow:
After you fill out the online service request form, we will have a technician contact you with an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we can then start the work.
