Living Our Values - New Employee Orientation

All new employees are required to complete Living Our Values - New Employee Orientation within the first 30 days of their official hire date. The information received is beneficial to job functions and is required by California state law, regulatory agencies, and LLUH policy. 

New employee Orientation is coordinated by Staff Development, in collaboration with the Human Resource department.

In addition, each department provides department specific orientation to meet regulatory, safety and competency requirements. For additional information, please refer to Policy I-6 Orientation Requirements.

General Clinical Orientation

General Clinical Orientation is required for clinical licensed healthcare professionals and is coordinated by Staff Development

Training

Training is provided monthly as a tool to enhance one's personal and professional growth. Topics are designed to keep teammates current with the latest information regarding subject matter. You are welcome to register for a topic. There are topics that offer continuing education credits applicable to license renewal. For more information, visit the Organization Wide Learning Portal.
