Enterprise Content Solutions (ECS)

As an enterprise that provides healthcare, education and research, Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) operates in a hybrid world, mixing electronic and automated processes with paper-driven manual ones. The ECS department was founded to develop ways to improve these processes and to eliminate paper by automating various business processes. The aim is to enable LLUH to be more efficient and effective at delivering service excellence. This is accomplished through various systems of engagement, including, but not limited to, electronic forms, content management, and various business workflows. It is the priority of ECS to engage with other departments and systems throughout the organization to provide applications that meet or exceed industry standards.

Our Vision

Our vision is to promote and assist in the development of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategy that supports Loma Linda University Health through accessibility of information, efficiency of workflow, and business process excellence. We strive to further the mission of the organization to continue the healing and teaching ministry of Jesus Christ by providing critical information to our providers and educators, anytime and anywhere they need it.
